About SEREIN
SEREIN writes and designs websites for coaches, consultants, makers and small businesses: people who are good at their work but hard to find online, or whose site no longer sounds like them.
Story first, design second
I read what you've already put out there: your profiles, reviews, talks and past work. Then I shape it into a site that's calm, clear and true. The words get written before the layout exists.
Nothing is invented. If a client said it about you, it's quoted exactly. If you didn't say it, it isn't there.

How we work, in six steps
You talk to the person who writes and builds your site at every step.
Discovery
A 30-minute call. You tell me about your work, who you want to reach and what the site needs to do.
Requirements
I gather your real material (profiles, reviews, past work) and write down the pages, features and timeline we agree on.
Design and direction
You see the written draft and a design direction before anything is built. Words first, then layout.
Development
I build the site by hand, test it on phones and desktops, and check that it loads quickly.
Review and revisions
You review the working site and we go through changes together until it reads like you.
Launch
I put it live on your domain, set up the basics for search, and show you how to keep it up to date.
